BK CYPRESS has an assortment of basic home plans that may be used as is, modified to suit, or as ideas to create your own home plan. We offer professional design assistance to those needing help with initial planning and budgeting, as well as blue printing, engineering, shipping and construction services.

If you already have a plan, BK can produce and/or supply the components needed for shell construction, plus a wide range of products needed for interior trim and finish. In short, we can assist you to any degree that YOU would like.

Our current model home in Waynesville is available for viewing, please call for an appointment. Also, currently under construction is a new office / model home as well as a design center just west of Waynesville on US 23/74. We also have a model home for viewing in Cosby, Tennessee.
